Financial Information

 

Financial assistance for the 2017-2018 school year is available through the Archdiocese of Louisville and the Catholic Education Foundation. All families with one or more children enrolled in or applying to a Catholic elementary school in the Archdiocese of Louisville are eligible to apply for financial assistance. *The Preschool discount is 10% off the regular tuition rate for the preschool child if he/she has a sibling(s) attending St. Joseph School. **The discount is 25% off the regular preschool tuition rate if he/she has a sibling attending St. Joseph Preschool.

Tuition Payment Options for the 2017-2018 School Year:
Option 1-Annual: Due July 28, 2017.
Option 2-Semi-Annual: Semi-annual payment plan (First payment due on August 1, 2017; 2nd payment due on January 22, 2018.)
Option 3-Monthly Aug-May (10 Monthly Payments): Automatic withdrawal; payments due August 2017-May 2018
Option 4-Monthly July-June (12 Monthly Payments): Automatic withdrawal; payments due July 2017-June 2018

Other Fees:
Books/Supplies/Technology Fee: Fee for K-8 is $200 per child, which is included in the tuition.

Registration Fees:

K-8 Registration Fee: $50 per child

Preschool Registration Fee: $25 per child

Lunches: (2017-2018 Rates) $2.85 per lunch (includes milk); $ .45 for milk only or extra milk or juice; $4.25 per meal for all adults/other children. Applications for free/reduced lunches are available.

After School Extended Care Fees: Registration is $5.00 per family. Cost: $4.00 (3:00-4:30 p.m. pick-up) or $8.00 (4:30-6:00 p.m.
